Adding to one of the most influential movements in Detroit’s criminal history a crew of misfits take the city by storm. The crew is led by its leader Ra. Ra is on a mission to make as many millions as possible. In doing so Ra connects with his child hood friend Tesa. The two make a lot of money and powerful connections along the way.
